1. By sending a text GIRL to the number 60155 you deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All services offered by GirlvGirl.com are for entertainment purposes only. You must be over 16 years of age to use our services. GirlvGirl.com accepts no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered messages, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry; or (3) for any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt. Each text message entry is charged to the entrant as one of their standard network contractual rate text messages; this charge may vary dependant to the entrant’s mobile contract and their network provider.
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return messages. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3,Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.
The charge for voting (TEXT GIRL to 60155) is £3.00 per message received (2 messages).
If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number on 01895 256477 (+441895 256477 from outside the UK) or email girlvgirl@hotmail.com
In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. ICSTIS or REGTEL. Barring of Access
GirlvGirl.com may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances:
User has misused our services in anyway
is abusive to company employees or readers
has committed an act of fraud against GirlvGirl.com or any of its associated companies
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
